League Timer Broken (60+)

Everyone who has friends on league of legends should be that when they are in a game it has a timer. My timer works but it never gives the correct time, its always at 60+ mins. I don't know when my friends who I'm waiting for to play games will be done or how long they have been in a match since its giving incorrect time. There has even been matches where the timer has been at 105+ mins. I don't know what causing this. Is anyone else having this issue? What can i do....
