[Replays] Howling Abyss chains appear in replay

I went to record a sweat Thresh flash hook kill and saw these chains floating in the middle of the lane. They were definitely not there during the match. Is this a teaser for the champion they mentioned in the champion roadmap, or just a visual bug?
