High Noon Yasuo Skin sound bug [GAMEPLAY]

If you have ever used the high noon Yasuo skin you probably have noticed that his q has a gunshot sound effect to it. Well recently I've used this skin and the gunshot sound does not go off. I've tested it in a ranked game and custom and didn't work either times. None of my friends could hear it going off either.
