[GAMEPLAY] Zac's Elastic Slingshot cancelling/crashing in place.

I cannot figure out what specifically causes the issue but i play Zac very often he is my favorite champions and there have been numerous times although not in every game where i have Slingshot fully charge and i engage it as soon as its charged but hell either crash in place or travel barely any distance at all. Now i understand it happens when the Max Range is near a wall but this isnt the case, i am well in an open lane without any minions on top of me. I have also played against Zac players where id see them charging the Slingshot and i clearly know im about to die, but their Zac character just bursts in place. Immediately id ask them if that is their first time encountering that and they also point out it is not the first time.
