Stop calling people leavers when it's due to a bug in the game

Had to restart my computer to resolve a bug in the client that would not let me enter the game (something about graphics card compatibility? And I don't think I'd even patched?). After restarting (and having to go through windows update), I was able to play the game fine. At the end, I get this pop up telling me to agree not to leave games anymore. If you're going to call people leavers, do it when they actually leave games, not when they can't get into a game because of bugs. I realize this is hard to do, but there should be some pretty easy first steps like checking logs to see whether people are actually trying to get in the game and if they encountered errors doing so. It's pretty annoying.
