Stuck in loading screen [Client]

I just played a game where the game started but I was still in loading screen. Everyone was at 100%, including me, except for one person on the other team. So I just assumed that that person was taking a while to load and I went to the bathroom and came back. After five minutes though I thought something could be wrong, so I closed the game window and reconnected, and about seven minutes had already passed in the game.

Might be internet issues but this is the first time this has happened to me so I can't be sure. I don't know how or if it's reproducible. Just patched to 6.10 a few minutes before I queued.
