Can't Get into Games With only New Project Skins?

I can pick any other skin or champion and get into a game. But whenever I use the skins or just the champion itself, the ones that were recently updated and the ones I bought, Project Vayne and Project Jhin, It never lets me get into a game. Always stopping at 50~60 percent in the loading screen.
