I bought something of the store and I can see I bought it in my shop history but its still locked,

I bought Ahri today in the shop, paid 4800 for it. But when I started a game and wanted to play Ahri. It didnt say i owned the champion. Later on I went to the shop and it was still locked. But I did pay the 4800 for it and now I lost my IP
