New Champ Select problem

I join a game, i select who i want to be (Always Dr. Mundo), he always gets banned. 1st ban goes out, 2nd ban goes out, 3rd ban freeses my game, i can communicate with players, but can't see anything happening, and i cannot select a champion on my turn. I get kicked out and receive the 30 minute wait time, after the 5 minute wait time of course. This has happened at least 7 games in a row.
