[GAMEPLAY] Draven ult fires in unpredictable direction

As shown in the video, Draven's ult shows that it intends to move in a certain direction, starts to release in that direction, then changes direction partway through the cast animation. This is done by attempting to cast over Draven's champion portrait. This bug might have been around for a few patches, but I have noticed it happening frequently in the last few patches, so it might be due to a recent change. I think it is possible that something was changed when the new pings were added. Reproduction rate: 10/10
