[Client] resizing issues when shifting client across screens

Attached image of client view state, resulting in 5-minute dodge ban (great...) due to being unable to click the 'ban' button. Sequence of events:

1. Start game
2. Enter queue
3. Move client from main (1080p) screen to secondary (smaller) screen (windows+shift+rightarrow)
4. Make client smaller using control+downarrow (x2) At this point i realised it was being strange
5. click accept match
6. unable to up-scale the client using control+uparrow
7. shifting it back to the main screen had no effect (windows+shift+leftarrow)
8. could not pan around in the client 'window' (resulting in missed ban)

Has anyone else experience this or something similar?

FIrst time reporting a bug this way, hopefully this is the right place for it - if not please advise/ forward accordingly.
