I got an s- rank on my last game but i did not get a chest so i went in my profile to see if i ve already gotten the chest from this champion.i was surprised to see that i still have a chest to take .i looked at all my other champs and saw that only annie and teemo had chests to be taken (i have opened 3 chests )
everyone got a free starting chest and you got the others from the other 2 put in a ticket to support and they should see ur fine to get it
case 1) You are at your weekly limit of cases that can be recieved (check the first page of your own profile, it'll tell you when you are eligible for chests)
case 2) got the S grade in a bot game (doesn't qualify you for rewards)
case 3) you may have been ineligable for hextech rewards due to behavioral restrictions (message disappears after a while)
case 4) some bug, maybe.
