[GAMEPLAY] Leveling up skills in ARAM too quick bugs level tab? (Playing as Twisted Fate)

Not sure if it's TF only but I was given TF in ARAM, as the game started I pressed ctrl QWE in very quick succession that may have led to my level tab bugging. https://gyazo.com/488bfc4f835ba0c0c3e5d4f127cf9cf0 (screenshot)

It's not too big of a deal besides the fact at some points of the game I couldn't see my "buffs" bar and had no idea when my W card buff was running out.

(Leveling up Q did not fix, it was stuck like that the whole game [1-18])

I've had this happen plenty of times on both ARAM and summoner's rift. I know for a fact it's happened to me on Braum and Leona (on the Rift) and I can't confirm any more champions on ARAM. It's fixed for me occasionally when the bugged skill is at max level. it's one of those things that I don't think about too much even when it does happen, but I figured I'd post what I remembered.
