I was banned for leaver buster.I've waited and then when it came to 17th minute,it started all over again.WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? Tell me please

What as the reason for LPQ in the first place? Leaving games or Internet problems? If the internet connection isn't stable while the timer is happening, it will end and you'll need to restart it.
