Since patch 5.2 there have been numerous bugs concerning mac clients:

Unable to finish patch updates, patcher closes without warning
Suffering from huge fps drops
Character not responding to any move commands
Getting disconnected time and again

So in summary, mac players are unable to enjoy a leisurely game of League. Please fix this. Also I read that OSX Yosemite is not that compatible, however I am still running the game from its predecessor OSX Mavericks and have started getting these bugs since the latest patch.* I have had disconnection issues before but this is far worse.* Hoping for a fix soon.

Yeah i have had ping and dc issues since 5.2... it been ruining my ranked games because its not every match so i never know when itll hit. my past two games both jsut kept dc'ing or the game would run fine and i couldnt make any commands (move/attack/selfcast/ or even chat) this has really upset me and my mmr dropped significantly since placements as it is. i cant climb when i cant play. i can even enjoy a normal, i cant do anything. like what makes this big of a problem? im using Mac servers and i live on the East Coast.... please do something... Galio im so sad -Galio

This issue was going on before Christmas of 2014. My mac client has not worked since December 2014. The client would almost start trying to update, then it would just disappear and close itself. The patcher has not been able to open and update since December.
