[Gameplay] Fizz Ult no longer does damage on untargetable targets.

On previous patches (not sure when this started) if Fizz ult landed on a target and then they went untargetable, Fizz ult would still do damage. This changed in the last couple patches, probably in the most recent patch, and was not included in the patch notes which leads me to believe it was an unintended change. To reproduce, ult someone with the ability to go untargetable (Fizz, Zed, Elise, Vladimir, Ekko), and have them go untargetable before the damage applies. This is 100% reproducible as far as I know, but I have only tested with Zed and Vlad and assume this bug extends to all champions with untargetability. As an aside, Fizz Ult never did damage to Shaco if he was mid ult, so he's not included in the list.

It's worked at sunday for sure. It got changed near wednesday. Is it a bug or intended dunno (nice undocumented change again). I made a thread in gameplay and balance but no1 answered. As i know Fizz ultimate coded as a debuff so it should hit you unless you are invulnerable. If is possible that the untargetable effects got bugged. I heard from some1 who dodged Vlad's ult with Fizz's e when the debuff was already on him (it's not 100%). Btw Ekko invulnerable not just untargetable because riot is a fair company so you not supposed to hit him.
