Very Bad Kindred Bug

Just got out of a game where I was unable to select champions for my passive mark. As you can see in the image the bar is there, but there are no icons to select from. This has to be fixed, as Kindred can't use one of the most important parts of her kit from what I can see. (not sure if it's just summoner's rift or what)
