Capsule loot not received

Opened honor capsule, received 3 loot: BE, Twitch champion shard, Mafia Twitch skin shard but only BE was received...Twitch champion shard and skin shard not received.

  1. Received honor capsule, opened, 3 loot appeared
  2. Received 1/3 loot.

This was the first and only Honor Capsule received. Opened 4 regular capsules, worked as intended.

I just had the same thing happen. Got three key fragments, twitch champ shard, and medieval twitch skin shard in an honor capsule. Only the key fragments made it into my loot.
