No progres for quests

Dear Riot, So, I won 1 game, quests First win of the day and Prepare for journey were active. I won a game but I did not gain progres on these 2 quests. I won before 1 hour so I though maybe it will fix, but nothing happened, like I did not played. I gain exp for that game, honor and others, but I did not gain bonus (rewards) for quests. They are still active but...
