Champion capsules disappearing

I just leveled up and got the notification that I got another champion capsule. Then I went to look in the loot menu and I couldn't find it anywhere. First I thought it must have been because I use alt+F4 to exit the game faster and that the server just needed time to catch up. Now I have leveled up on my second account and the same thing happened...

Checked again after leveling up 3 hours ago and still no sign of them.

Please help :)
