Unable to click. Can over things and aim with the pointer, but can't click. (No overlay)

I recently played a few games, with everything working as usual. Until one game, my game froze loading at 97% and I didn't notice until I felt like it took too long to load. I tried to access my computer but even my computer had a hard time to respond. So I hard reset my computer and restarted my game. And I noticed that the loading of the game was very very slow. Once I was in, I couldn't click. Could chat cold over buttons, and could even aim when using ability. But couldn't move or buy in shop. So after that game I though it was just that game so tried an other game an other day. But same thing happen. Slower loading than usual. And nothing. So I decided to install the Repair tool from lol. And nothing seemed bad.

So I decided to uninstall using the tool and reinstall it. And tried again in the training game. But Still not working. Even after checking all overlays I have, updating all I had to update. Nothing is happening.

I tried to warn the lol support, but their website in the EU West seem buggy. Because every time I send a request, it show me a white screen, with eror 403 cloudflare or something like that. So I can't play, and I can't seem to fix it. Please help. I miss playing lol.
