False Dodging

I have yet another problem. Whenever I queue up or in draft (both) it sometimes doesn't allow me to click ban or pick. No normally yes then its a problem with my internet but I have tried on other wifi and it still happens sometimes. I don't know what the problem is but, if there is one it would be nice if checked out or maybe other solutions to help.
