missing IP

Around a month ago or so i have been gradually starting to be missing more and more ip. It started small, around 100 ip, and has increased to around 500 since then. Its not game breaking or anything, but still an annoyance. By this i don't mean that i havent been getting ip from games, its just gone. When i enter the shop trying to buy a 4800 ip champ for example, it says in the upper right i have about 5k ip. But when i click on the shop it says insufficient funds. If i click on a 3150 ip it says i only have around 4600 or so.

it does this on the old client and the new as well

From my experience, it sometimes bugs out on the Client-Side end of things. Usually after playing for a while the IP showed at the end of the post-game screen is often different from what it shown at the top-right of the Home page or the shop. I've found that relogging can fix this, although I'm almost certain your RP/IP is handled server-side as well as purchases. Worst case scenario is it's taking a while updating, however you should be able to track your IP Gain from the Match History and add it up that way. If it's genuinely shorting you on IP, I'd recommend sending in a Support Ticket to try and get it resolved.

I have this same problem, I think it's just displaying the incorrect IP value in the top right, relogging usually makes it display the correct amount.

I think I had a similar problem to this. It's a desync issue caused by using the new client. Logging back on in the old client should fix it for the rest of forever. In the login screen, there's a button that lets you use the old client.
