Item smartcasts not utilizing custom binds

The key bindings for item smartcasts (with shift modifier) are working off default settings despite custom binds being set up. (I use ` for trinket, and chronological numbers for items.) Non-smartcast triggers are working as intended. The advanced key bindings do in fact reflect the intended custom settings.
