Visual Glitch

Now after patch 4.21, I started to get these blue squares whenever I hover my cursor over minion and tower. Whenever I get into a game (normal, custom, etc..) the glitch doesn't appear. However, after 1 minute or so the glitch appears. It's starting to get really annoying. Might anybody have the solution so this?
