Connection Error With No Game Stats

Hello, I have recently been having this problem where every time i finish a game, I can never see the stats no matter how long I wait. It always shows the black page with "Skip Waiting for Stats" button and shows a sign saying "Connection Error". The game doesn't register in the history nor do I get any experience or IP UNLESS I close the client and log back in again. I re-installed the game but the problem still persists.
