after riot said they fixed clubs i still cant use them

I have been trying to get my clubs to work for about a week now and i started to think its an error on riots part. i think i might have this issue because of alpha client messing with my main account info and i had some strange bugs with the installation process that might have messed with my sever data.The strange thing about this bug is it still says i am in the club. I get my club tag in game but i don't have access to chat and i cant invite people to my club. Another strange thing is i can start a new club even though i'm already the leader of the other club which it didn't let me do before. It also says i'm always on mobile even when i'm online when other people checked for me to see if i was still in the club.
