Rek'sai tunnel bug

So, i was playing and i made like a train with my tunnels. There were like 6 tunnels in a line, and when i used the first one it worked perfectly.Then as soon as i pressed the second one to travel through there was a bug.It automatically closed the tunnel without me going though it. I unfortunately i dont have a video to show you but i hope you get the point, help XD
