Support service down

So..... just got on an older account today worth quite a bit of money and it says it's been permabanned even though it's only lvl 5 but has almost every skin? Black ali etc.... Want to enlighten me riot? Seriously the accnt hasnt seen a game in 4 years and I only log onto it to buy skins... Hit me back up. I'm only posting here because every time I try to sign into support it logs me right back out?
