alacrity boot uprgade does not give +20 move speed
- Every time i buy the boot upgrade alacrity (green), which is supposed to give +20 movement speed, it gives less than 20. Even with my mastery page giving bonus move speed and any items that also give a % of move speed increase the item only increases your move speed by 18.
