[GAMEPLAY] Leonas "Q" Does not trigger Runic Echoes (Jungle item) proc.

I played Leona in the jungel recently (patch 6.14) and i noticed how her "Q" stun does not trigger Runic Echoes damage proc. Her "E" procs the damage, im not sure about her "R".

Leona's Q does not proc spell effects. It dealing magic damage does not mean it will.

her q is an empowered basic attack now its not longer a "spell"

But it still has AP damage scaling. That doenst matter i guess than.
