Unable to play with carger.

Hello, So Before i was unable to play without charger low fps, normal ping (ms) i resolved this in the Intel graphic card by disable to game function. This is about 1 month ago. Howerver i just noticed today i cannot play with charger, ironic… If i would to play with charger in my pc i have around 170 fps and over 1000 ping and raising. If i play without charger i do get around 30 fps and around 30 ms. We are two people on my router and im the only one who has this issue. We both play lol.

Any ideas what can cause this? or why this happend suddenly over few hours, as i did not change any settings at all. I recently bought this PC, its an i7 with a dedicated GPU 4GB. The cost came with it so to speak. So the performans/network seems unlikey to be the issue.
