luckily it was a normal game and not ranked, I don't hope it appears again since it could ruin a lot of either my or others game... I don't even know how to explain what happened, it just did. see if it's anything that's able to be fixed, thanks~ [slayer-jinx-catface]

Perhaps towers that can't be attacked (due to lower tier turret still being up, i.e. t1 was up in this example so t2 couldn't be attacked) can't be affected by Bard 's ultimate either - so like, these towers are untargettable altogether.
