Vel'Koz Ult not working
Twice now when I've been playing velkoz and died just prior or during my ult, I haven't been able to ult for the rest of the game.

You should try to record this with a program and upload it to youtube.com and think link to here so they can see and analyze it a bit maybe?
Having the same problem.
Same thing. It seems the R or whatever key binding is the problem. I tried bind and unbind, to R or other keys. Sometimes it works sometimes done. When it doesn't work, pressing R or other binded keys nothing happens.
Just had a game myself. Ranked. Laning mid against LeBlanc. Died within .5 seconds of casting my ult. Could not cast ult any further after it came off CD until I left the game and reloaded. Worked fine after that. Regardless I lost a ranked game because of this bug.
