Well they die, and then Zils ulti ressurects them, so it makes sense
Sounds like it might be intended.
Darius and Fiora satisfied the conditions, while the Zilean target gets revived. Both parties had their effects go through, instead of one hard countering the other.

If it's not intended, Rito should definitely fix it so it's still worth pointing out.
