GAMEPLAY) Quinn R is bug really bad

After I ulted into valor my support tahm ate me to save my life after that I couldnt get out of bird form at all no matter what I did, I couldnt level up my R or anything, I even restarted my client still didn't work, even the countdown for my ult wasnt working it was stuck at 2:18, and I lost the game because of this and I dont believe this should count as a lost for me and my team if I were bug out like this I couldnt pay my role as an ADC because I couldnt do any ranged attacks.
