[Client] Hack ? bug ? glitch?

First, my internet connection has no problem. Shared wifi with others they can prove it. Disconnected from the game for no reason after I got a huge advantage for my team. After that, I found all my spell and summoner spell is locked. Says you can't cast that ability right now. Lv has been lowered from 18 to 1. All spell unlearned. Still be able to move and have a connection with other players in the chat. IF it's a hack, I got nothing to say. Not something I can control. But if it's a bug or glitch. I won't want to waste my effort on it.
