Wooglets Deathcap, Twisted Treeline, NA, Tooltip error

I was using Diana in a ranked 3s, and then duplicated in a custom 3v3 with bots. When you complete the Wooglet's Deathcap item, it does give you the proper amount of AP boost (25%), however; it does not display it in the tooltip. The (#) stays at zero no matter how much or how little AP I seem to have.

I do want to reiterate, the item gives the proper amount of AP bonus, it just does not update the tooltip.
