[GAMEPLAY] Champions with death passive creating unclickable terrain

Description: If a champion with a death passive (Zyra, Kog'Maw, Karthus) dies then the spot where their corpse is becomes unclickable terrain. This bug has been in the game for a long time but I didn't notice it until I died because of it (couldn't dodge a skill because I clicked on kog'maws corpse which meant I didn't move at all)

Steps to reproduce: - kill Kog'Maw, Zyra or Karthus (doesn't matter what champ you're playing) - Try to click on their corpse or move past it

Expected result: Being able to move by clicking on the corpse

Observed result: Clicks don't go through and own champion doesnt move (sometimes also gets body blocked by the corpse)
