[GAMEPLAY] Lissandra's ult...

So I figured out that you can flash away from liss but still stunned in ult after flash, which is pretty annoying. So if liss's ult do not have cast time, the enemy should be stunned right there and cannot use flash or any other escape spell; if liss's ult do have cast time, the enemy should be able to flash away. I think this is a bug and simply waste flash for liss's opponent. I think there's similar condition for Skarner ult right?

So in other words, either it should instantly root the target so they can't flash out during the animation, or it should fail to cast and reset the cooldown if they blink away.
