login problems and email not being sent properly

i have a problem for the login i think i got my username name wrong. for sure i know it. but it wont let me login, so i tried to go ( forgot username ) and type in my email but the email isn't sending to me to so im very worried i lost my whole account i like wasted $35 on this game please help its my favorite game.
