Shyvana Bug

Shyvana has a bug when she has "W" Burnout active and she either turns into a dragon OR turns back into a human, her movement speed boost from Burnout gets removed. It's been like this for many weeks and after checking patch notes and not seeing it be an intentional change, I am reporting it. I believe it started with patch 9.1 when her W icon started showing its active timer. Please fix this, she's already pretty weak in this meta. Having this bug makes it feel like I have to play around an unintentional nerf.

Also, make her E go thru people. Top shyv is wack when she can be denied farm by a tanky boi when playing safe. Not a bug, just saying.
