In Game Crashing [Loading Screen, In-game]

If anyone has a fix for this please recommend. Before doing a factory reset to my laptop league worked perfectly fine and all, but now it just doesn't want to cope with me. Constant crashing occurs when i load in game a few seconds later, or reaching 70-100% completion to load in game, matter of fact as i'm typing this i'll get a buster any minute now for not being able to play. I'm reinstalling as i saw from another discussion and i hope it works, though if anyone has a accurate and working solution i'm all ears. (Using a HP Notebook, Windows 10)
