Yorick Ghoul bug

Playing on ARAM mode today, I faced a Yorick whose ghoul that spawned with his E ability wouldnt die. The health bar went away, however it remained alive and did damage to me non stop until I was killed by it. This was really aggravating because it wasn't the player's fault and its gotta get fixed.
