[Gameplay] Fiora dash locked after q

I was playing a game yesterday and noticed something extremely bizarre with Fiora, after using my q and not hitting a target in a teamfight, I was locked in the position/in a state where Fiora was "dashing". I (Fiora) was locked in a stopped version of the animation of her q's dash and though I could click to move around, I could not use either of my summoner spells (Teleport or Flash). It wasn't massively disruptive but, It prevented me from flashing to kill an enemy. Everything appeared to reset to normal after I used q again when it came off cooldown, but it made me wary of using it in fights in case it would lock me into that position again.
