Yellow Trinket Not Properly Upgrading.

Alright, so no matter what my yellow trinket stays at 1 stack 96% of the time. If by chance it does go up to two stacks, it gets stuck at 1 again after I use my charges.

I can't buy wards and I can't manually upgrade my trinket so I'm left without vision and buying SS as anything but support/Lee Sin is not cost effective.

Please look into it soon! I was hoping it would have been fixed with the newest patch but it hasn't so far.
