Seen it too many times, heard it too many times and it's happened to me too many times.

I would be getting a nice 40 - 60fps, with a solid computer and stable internet. Whatever it maybe, something in-game causes me to get at best .001 fps. I can't move, use abilities or even ping. The only thing I could do is move my mouse. While playing ranked, your team won't know what is going on, you lose LP and you don't even know what happened. I'v seen other people report this problem with no response. I'm starting to not even bother playing league anymore because of this. I would try restarting and reconnecting, right as you get in, it just keeps its effects.

A similar problem just like the one above, your champion goes completely unresponsive. Everything works perfect, the match goes on, your team is making plays... yet you can't move. I could still manage to talk to my team, saying what's going on, but nobody yet has found a solution to a large scale problem. As soon as one of the two happen, the fate of the game is decided. An instant defeat with nothing that could have prevented it. If riot could supply with a fix or at least some way to prevent it from happening, i would be grateful.

Just some extra info, none of this happened during season 7 or at the start of season 8.
