Azir's Ult is allowing champs to move through

While playing recently I've started to notice that Azir's ultimate is not working correctly. Emperor's Divide should knock back opponents however it is often seen passing through opponents on execution. Once the wall is stationary however opponents must go around the wall to circumvent the troops. I've witnessed this occur with champs such as leona, akali, zed, braum, rammus and several others.

I'm just going to be honest: The wall is fucking busted.

There were four different occasions in my last game alone in which the enemy champions simply ignored my wall. Not only suffering no damage, but also not being pushed back and just walking through the wall. There was no rhyme or reason to it - I am honestly unable to just point to a replication of this bug and say "That's the reason right there" because it has presented no consistency. When the wall HAS bopped for me, the reaction is, firstly, delayed - there's almost a full second between the time that the push ends and the enemies actually become bopped, and on several occasions champions that were being pushed by the wall were able to cast a spell or AA during the duration. Now when it doesn't push or bop, it straight doesn't - that's it. I have had enemies just walk through the push. Not dash, not flash, not roll or jump - I mean autopathing walk directly through like I had done nothing. This happens a lot more if an enemy is close to a wall, you don't hit them dead center, or if they're walking away or to the side.

As it stands now, Azir has absolutely no defense against his counters - any champ that jumps on him is free to, and he has no way to avoid it. His ult is mechanically broken, and can serve as little more than a delayed Anivia wall that doesn't even cover as big of an area. His functionality is straight unreliable.

I JUST played a match as Azir and during this match about 4-6 separate times Volibear would use Rolling Thunder and Run Directly through Emperors Divide and not be pushed back by it. Clearly hes NOT supposed to do that as the enemy Voli also stated so you can check the in game chat. He would only be pushed back if he was in normal motion. Also on the site Rolling thunder isnt listed as an ability thats excused from Emperors Divide.

Also his abilities dont seem as responsive as they should be. Im referring to escapes. w,q,e to get away is so clunky i end up taking reasonable dmg before actually escaping. yet I notice zed has no problems in his responsiveness. he just makes a clone on the run and poof escapes slow-moving azir stops raises a hand summons a soldier then proceeds to keep running.

Second his E shield seem really weak and needs to be strengthened. it scales off of health which you really dont even build too much of on him to give him a decent shield. Yes there's , roa, rylais and liandrys but whats the point of building all this health if the shield is still trash. Q's dash speed could be increase a bit because trying to w,q,e you gott wait for the soldier to get to the destination which takes foreverwith long tether lines meanwhile an akali or diana dash are still faster moving. He such a good champ with great potential. but this unresponsiveness and bugs are making him horrible. I shouldnt be losing in trades to a Volibear with Azir ever but with bugs its highly possible

I was also playing one game vs irelia and singed... cant knock back nor block them... also... there was no damage dealt to their team with ult 60% of the time

This happened 5 times when I used my ult 6 times during a game. Seriously riot. Stop releasing new champions and fix the ones before.
