Attemting to reconnect

So this started happening after the new client came out. Game has been reinstalled twice now, network tests fine with no disruption in connection. I have tried several methods including disabling all firewalls but still me and my husband both get into a game and then ever so often we get the attempting to reconnect. Its also worth noting that it varys in how bad it is sometimes its only once in a game then we are fine and then we can disconnect many times in a game. I have submitted a ticket with riot but they gave the standard check your network spill so is anyone having these issues and if so has anyone found a solution to the problem?

I have the same problem. I have tried disabling firewall and Ip helper. But nothing works.

So just as a update for anyone who has looked into this issue we go about 2 weeks without a issue but it seems when we have a major patch the problem returns with a vengeance. So to be clear though we are now monitoring everything ingame to see where we stand when it happens. So at this point when it happens the connection is stable to the internet and running ping test revealed the ping to the league server was right where it needs to be lastly we ran the hextech tool to try and see if by chance we had any packet loss and we didnt. So xfinity as come out taken a look cant find any reason for these issues on there end and well guess what every other game we play online like Battle front 2 works fine so no help there. Riot also has been of little help only spilling out the standard stuff like check you blah blah.
