Cannot talk in champ select
the last 5 or so games i cannot talk in the lobby, when trying to join a game, it is every lobby, i can talk as soon as i am in the game, it is only during champ select, please help me solve this.

Oh, i use windows 10, since installing windows 10, and then receiving the error after a while i have tried to reinstall the game and also tried to reinstall windows 10, neither have helped.
i remember i did run some of the settings on advanced system care, i think that may of caused the problem, but a fresh install of windows hasn't helped, so idk?
